Working with Mattea and Francois was a pleasure right from the start. From the moment we met during our consultation meeting, I knew their wedding would be an amazing affair. We also had great fun during our pre wedding shoot in Valletta!

On their wedding day, the couple each began the day at their family home. Mattea and her bridesmaids dressed up in matching robes during wedding prep. She even monogrammed each bridesmaid’s name on the back for that extra special touch and dressed up her cute little dogs for the special occasion! Before dressing up, the girls celebrated the morning with a flute of champagne and the guys enjoyed a scotch!

Mattea got ready at her parents and put on her gorgeous, embellished gown from Ivory & Co. Her soon-to-be-husband put on his AFM uniform, and we made our way to Malta’s old capital for the ceremony.St.Paul’s Cathedral in Mdina is an absolute gem. Built in the baroque style, it’s majestic facade and rich interiors adorned with intricate frescoes and paintings create an extraordinary setting for capturing unforgettable wedding photos.

As the wedding party progressed to the beautiful venue in Rabat, Xara Lodge, the atmosphere was enchanting. The couple’s attention to detail was evident in every aspect to ensure that their guests would experience an incredible evening. And they certainly did! The food was exceptional, and the ambience crafted by the talented Spiteri Lucas band and Chiara, was extraordinary. Mattea & Francois swayed to Kurt Calleja’s winning festival song while the rest of the guests danced into the night to the DJ’s tunes – making it a truly unforgettable celebration!
